Stunts & Blitzes

Every stunt shares one coached cue: "dip and rip" — get your shoulders under the blocker and rip the near arm through so you never get washed down the line. Teach it once, apply it to all of them.

Teach the base four-man rush and gap fits cold before adding any movement. The advantage a stunt gains is erased instantly by a lineman who loses gap discipline chasing it.

Never stack two blitz/stunt calls together in the same play call. Individually simple calls become too cognitively demanding for this age group when layered — install width matters far less than avoiding combined calls.
